How to care for the GOLD metallic decoration
The following care should be taken with all Oditi Designs' ceramic products with GOLD metallic decoration. Please handle your piece with utmost care.
- Handwash only
- Wash gently in warm soapy water
- Gently dry with a soft cloth
- Do not place into the dishwasher
- Due to the gold metallic material, these products can not be placed in the microwave.

Missed or re-deliveries
If there is no one to receive the delivery or no special delivery instructions have been provided, carriers may contact you via email, mobile or card advising the parcel has been returned to the local depot.
This is the receiver’s responsibility to contact the local depot to arrange collection or schedule a new delivery date.
Incorrect delivery details
Should delivery be attempted, and it fails due to insufficient address and/or contact details provided to us, your order will be returned to our studio.
To have your order re-sent, you will be required to cover the additional shipping fee, so please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.
This includes, but is not limited to specifying your unit/apartment number.
All customers must enter a phone number upon checkout when prompted by the checkout system as this is the fastest way to contact you if we encounter any problems.
Unfortunately, any order that does not contain a phone number is subject to delays.
It is of utmost importance that your Oditi Designs' items are shipped and arrive safely at their new home.
We pride ourselves in using sustainable packaging, and we use the most appropriate packaging to avoid any breakages.
We use cardboard boxes when packing and shipping our products.
Our packing filling is a biodegradable material made from corn starch known as peanuts, and they can be thrown into the compost bin.
If you put the white peanut like shapes in the water, they will dissolve. Or you can keep them and reuse them.
Some products might be wrapped in recyclable and degradable bubble wrap.
All of our cardboard boxes are made from recycled materials.

Oditi Designs is a family business established in 2018. All products are handmade by artist and designers, Cecilia (mother), Samantha (Cecilia's daughter) and Cynthia (Cecilia's sister). Together they design and hand make each porcelain piece in Cecilia’s home studio in the Macarthur Region of Sydney, Australia.
This multi-skilled team with backgrounds in Fine Arts and Marketing, design and create their prototypes, plaster moulds, porcelain slip, the digital artworks for all their products. No part of the ceramic making process is outsourced to third parties. Oditi Designs pride themselves on sourcing all their materials from local family businesses in Australia.
