We value your business and hope that you are happy with your handmade ceramic made by us in our home studio Oditi Designs.

As our products are individually made by hand, they contain slight imperfections.  We see the beauty in oddities as they only add to the unique characteristics of the object.

All purchases are final.  Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, return, exchange or cancellation.

Damaged Items 
We take utmost care when packing all our items to ensure that they will arrive safely to their new home. 
If you receive a damaged item in your order, please let us know ASAP.

• Include in your message the order number and the date you bought the item.
• Take photos of your damage ceramic items and the packaging.
• We will contact you by email.

Refund
We do not refund. 
Please note unfortunately we will not be able to provide a refund if you simply change your mind.

Exchange
We do not exchange.
Once an order has been submitted we are unable to amend any part of the order.
